About Me
Grounded. Strategic. Human-centered leadership support
I am an executive coach with over 20 years of experience in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and board service. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to supporting the growth and development of leaders across sectors. I bring a thoughtful, strengths-based approach to coaching—grounded in curiosity, clarity, and a belief in the transformational power of intentional leadership.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in adult development and human potential. I work with clients to reflect deeply, grow intentionally, and lead more effectively. Coaching with me is equal parts inquiry, clarity, and action.
I create a collaborative space where clients can explore, reframe, and take meaningful steps toward their personal and professional goals.
I specialize in working with mid-level managers and senior executives—particularly those in transition or navigating complexity—striving to lead with greater alignment, authenticity, and impact. My clients span various sectors, including higher education, government, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses.
Why Work With Me?
My qualifications are anchored in a rich academic background. I completed my Executive Coaching certification through Georgetown University’s Center for Transformational Leadership. I hold a Doctorate in higher education from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Student Affairs from Florida State University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, with a minor in Leadership, from the University of Miami.
At every career stage, I have been drawn to the question: How do leaders grow, evolve, and lead purposefully? Coaching allows me to support others in answering that question for themselves—and in doing so, make a greater impact in their organizations and communities. These experiences shape the way I partner with every client—strategically and authentically.
